For instance, we guided TA Hotel Collection Limited as they created the New Spa at The Swan in Lavenham. Our rigorous project management and risk assessment services ensure these endeavours are a success, in terms of both cost and quality.

Leisure

Leisure centres, swimming pools and ice rinks are just some of the buildings we have advised on. We work with local councils and independent leisure providers alike to bring these projects into fruition, advising our clients on all matters from budget and contracts to materials and time planning along the way.

Industry and infrastructure

The building and construction projects we advise on vary vastly in nature. Our team has the knowledge and skills needed to expertly move from office and warehousing projects to large-scale site appraisals and road and transport infrastructure. We’ve even worked on a combustion test rig. We’re up to date with all areas of industry and construction.

Healthcare

Castons has been responsible for delivering all kinds of primary, acute, and mental healthcare facilities comprising large scale new build developments, extensions, and complex phased refurbishments on live healthcare sites. Working with multiple NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers we have been responsible for supporting the delivery of billions of pounds worth of capital and estates related development.

Education

Castons has provided quantity surveying and project management services for a number of schools across the UK. These essential projects range in value from just over a million pounds to an impressive twenty-million-pound project for Essex County Council, proving that Castons has the ability to effectively monitor costs and budget.

Commercial and financial

Castons has an impressive portfolio of commercial experience. From shops and garden centres to libraries, council headquarters, business parks and office buildings, we’ve worked on it all. For instance, we facilitated work on The Adelphi in London – home to The Economist and one of our capital’s most recognised buildings.
